From my view I see a lot of them mumbling between teeth:
"Here you hold it"

"No you hold it"

"YOU HOLD IT"

"Darn it, I OUT RANK YOU - now YOU hold it! and SMILE like you MEAN IT"

yes yes yes we want him still!! Sorry if we missed your response....but yes yes.....not only do we have the rocket in the driveway waiting to be tested GopherBoy and the young son have taken up model rocket building on the kitchen table since the weather has been so bad, and since we are all a bunch of unemployed BUMS! they needed something to do inside the house.....so GopherBoys head is going overdrive on the funny videos we are going to make when we go launch these rockets.

Should I worry when at the hobby store they said "that rocket takes 1 C engine", and I saw GB and the young son putting 3 H engines in it the other night???????

yeah....I will give notice if I get any!!!!! around here it's normally like this .......mom has NO IDEA what is going on with the "boys" till I hear massive laughter, or the house shakes and the windows rattle....followed by 2 "children" running in the door looking for a place to hide, telling me that if anyone comes to the door to say I havent seen them all day.

Oh, and I just showed the pics of Commander Fowl in Iraq to Coltin (young son) and he just LOVED it. He is a total new junkie like his dad so he really got a kick out of the fact that they had such a great Thanksgiving layout....and that a mascot was there!!!

BTW........can we PLEASE be added to the hippie list???????????

Hi ALL...

I dont know if I mentioned this to anyone, but, we were on TOTAL communication lockdown mid Dec, till a few days ago.... No notice, just came into work one night, and no more capabilities to check anything but mil sites..

The only thing we could get on, was .mil sites.... no yahoo mail, no gmail, no BYC, no nothing....

SO, to keep you updated:

Friends of mine at the terminal got me on a C-17 cargo flight on 22 Dec, so, I made it in time to pick up the kids from the Frankfurt Airport on 24 Dec... (Cpt Fowl got a few photos with the load masters!).

The kids and I spent a week or so together, and had an absolute blast. We even got to spend a few days in Amsterdam together.. Cpt Fowl spent lots of time touring with us...

We went to Trier, Heidleburg, Mannheim, Landsthul and other cities, that I can't spell ....lol... Cpt Fowl has photos taken in the most craziest of places.

On the day I took my kids back to the Frankfurt airport, I checked the Pax terminal, and believe it or not, I knew a load master who was taking 3 medical crews back to Balad... so, I got a seat. It all worked so well.. hard to believe, how smooth my trip was.

Now I am back and on a 10 week countdown... to go stateside.

I am thinking I will be home, end of March or so.

My plan from here on out is to look for a job when I get home, and now, my 18 year old dau, transferred from FSU to go to school in Jax, will live home with me for a year or two - so I get to play mommy again!

Even tho, they opened up restricted sites again, we still cannot use usb's to transfer photos, and phtobucket is still a banned site.
Please be patient as I figure out ways to get photos to Darlene, so we can post Cpt Fowl in our austere surroundings...

BTW....

I had NO idea that Cpt Fowl.... sings and entertains..!!!!!

Quite by accident, his tummy got bumped in my helmut bag on the C-17, and everyone heard...
'Old MacDonald had a farm.... E I E I O"!!!,....etc, etc....

It was coming from my bag, and specifically, Cpt Fowl.....lol....
