"The chicken police"- hens breaking up a rabbit fight

Did anyone else catch this piece on the NPR blog? It popped up on my facebook feed and seemed to generate some interesting comments about chicken intelligence:

i think they were doing exactly what you see. breaking up a fight. i added some juveniles to my coop a few days ago and a roo was picking on a hen when another hen broke it up and beat his butt. he pulled his horns in fast and left the other one alone. I think this video should be titled ORDER IN THE COURT.
