My chicks are due to arrive tomorrow, I have the light set up in their coop so it is good and dry and warm. OF COURSE tomorrow is supposed to be the coldest day yet...

Meyers. I am over my disappointment that they didn't hatch the colors I wanted and am sick with worry for my babies!!

They arrived-- AT THE WRONG POST OFFICE.

They are a 45 minute drive away, the post office closes in a half hour, and I am in the BARN!!!!
My mother to the rescue! She will pick them up, postmaster will wait for her, so in an hour, look for an update!

The nursery is ready!!
