Day 18 was on Thursday @ 6:30 pm so when do ya think I should check the eggs to see if they are alive or gone. How do you recommend I go about that. I used the egg carton method and it worked for me, have you tried that.

I got my Hova's yesterday and set them up last night so I am still watching my temp's. I am not sure I will like the turners they take up a lot of space, I really enjoyed the hand turning as I got to talk chick to the babies as I was turning LOL. Do you use turners.

I liked the LG still air, I am holding judgement for the fan LOL, one thing I noticed with hand turning is that the eggs don't feel as warm in the one with the fan as they do in the still air. I am keeping my LG's and if I find more at a reasonable price I will snatch them up.

Next step homemade bator LOL
