Can I give the chicks mealworms? What about grass hay? Will they even eat that? Can they choke on it?

Well, 24 hours and nobody is dead yet. Everyone had/has me terrified.

We give wittle babies mealworms, they wuv em!!!!! The only time we don't is if there are bigger babies with little babies as the big ones may trample the little ones in the eexcitement to get the worms!

YES to mealworms. Put them in your hand and lay it in the bottom of the brooder to get them used to you.
