Sometime today they installed cameras...pointing over my fence and SQUARELY AT MY HOUSE AND YARD.

They also record audio. I was out there tonight and they were watching them because we said something about them, they instantly turned them off for a couple of minutes.

I would start nude sunbathing then call the cops for them peeping. However that could backfire... My bully neighbor pointed cameras my way, I went outside and peed in the yard, facing his camera and HE called the police. It went nowhere.

I have a feeling I know what town this is.

My mom fell in love with this adorable little town in Idaho, less than an hour from where my grandma was born and raised, and has been trying to convince me to move there with her. Well, I researched the city laws and saw that they are extremely controlling. I hate being micro-managed. It is so unfortunate when a few uppity busy-bodies ruin an entire town.

O MAN if I had a neighbor that put up a video camera with audio facing my property I would have so much fun ... I collect eggs from my imaginary chicken coop then show up at their door with a carton of farm fresh and ask if they would like to buy some , same with my imaginary cow ! Or go buy a realistic baby doll and bury it in the back yard ! I'd have the local cops at my door dailey !!!!

Me and my imaginary friends and pets would drive them crazy ( while I laughed myself silly ) Maybe the most use you ever get out of a butterfly net and a batman cape !

Any updates with the Neighbors From Hell?
I’m so sorry that your neighbors are jerks and other words that cannot be used on BYC. I had almost the same problem. My town allows hens but not roosters. I got 3 accidental cockerels on 3 seperate occasions and instead of talking to me they called the gosh darn health department! It got so hard that for my birds’ safety I rehomed all but 2. 1 died of depression 3 weeks later and the other went broody and was rehomed. This March I’m starting over and since I’m only getting hens they can’t do anything to me law wise.

They had best dot their I's and cross their T's though. They made me get rid of my babies..2 had to be put down. They had no where else to go but here. And I will make them suffer for that. They've made me suffer for 2 years. I left them alone. But this is the last straw. They will have cops, fire department, everything, just like they've done to me for 2 years.

If they have kids call child services anonymously and say that they’re abusing their kids. That aight to serve them right for making you rehome your pets.

Such actions can get someone in serious trouble for slander, filing a false report, libel. I strongly suggest that this neighborhood feud be put to rest. If neighbors are invading privacy by pointing camera/audio equipment into your yard, then talk to the police about it. Keep a paper trail. Do not engage in tit for tat one upmanship. There is no such thing as an anonymous report to CDS. All calls go through caller ID.

We're pretty sure they cut our truck tire. It exploded and nearly got someone killed, and a few minutes before something metal flung out from under the truck, probably a knife blade. Had to take out a loan with the car shop to get a new one put on, they are 500$ a piece. We went back to look for the blade but couldn't find it so no proof to make a report with, even though a 500$ tire doesn't just explode out the side wall for no reason like that (and they weren't old).

I think the man is abusive. He's a drunk and we hear him screaming through the walls, but quite frankly they are such pieces of crap that I don't even care. He can abuse her for all I care at this point. I don't want anything to do with any of it.

There were cops at my door AGAIN last week because they called them on the neighbor to the other side of me for dogs barking and trash bags in the front yard. So they had to come bug me and ask questions. UGH
