Set up all the new tents with air matteresses, i pods, blackberry, lights and whatever.
Everyone had a good time. It was nice to spend a couple of days visiting with family and friends. I was piggy sitting a 5 week old pot bellied piglet that was the hit of the party. Lots of fireworks. (My husband and i fired professionally for many years)
After the fireworks they decided it was too chilly to sleep out.

They drove the hour and a half home, leaving the tents. Then came back this afternoon for brunch and to get their things.
Anyway a good time was had by all and we will do it again next year.
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

Me too!!!!!! Do ya live in heaven or what.....maybe she lives in antartica(thats the only place that I'm pretty sure dosen't have mosquitoes!!!!!).

I'm near Lake Erie in Ohio. Most areas around here are full of mosquitos...at a friends house half a mile away they are really bad.
We are lucky enough to have barn swallows from an abandoned barn next door and bats from our house eaves. The swallows hunt all day and the bats hunt all night, so the mosquitos don't stand a chance here.
We are lucky to have them and NOT the mosquitos.
