"You know what we're going to do about it? Are we going to put up with that crap?" Jenna was rewarded with a resounding 'No' from many people in the crowd, in addition to all the previous Revolutionists. "That's right. So we rebel against the New Order. We're the Revolutionists. And we are going to fight for our freedom. You guys with me?"

Zoe watched Jenna quietly. Her grip tightened on her necklace "Freedom" She whispered softly and dropped the necklace back under her shirt.

Cheesy, was the first thing that came to Brandon's mind when he hear the speech. He couldn't help it. His face remained expressionless but he couldn't help but wonder why people didn't come up with something else. Something new, something grand something something that every other leader hadn't said to stir, his/her 'soldiers' up, make them hopeful, make them want to fight. But the words meant nothing really, like water off a ducks back. He half wanted to believe in the words, but he knew, in the long run, they just got people running. Running. Eventually they had to stop. Why not do something else? Something they could do for much longer? He faltered in his train of thought when he heard the after applause. Maybe it was worth it after all. These people had something to believe in, why not let them? People were lazy, they didn't do something without a good reason, maybe, this was a heavily veiled message. That's when his lips curled with amusement. He was way over thinking this. But he couldn't help it. It was who he was, figuring something out from the barest scrap of evidence. Turning the simplest thing into something ridiculously complex. Rube Goldberg would be proud.

Jenna turned to look at Will. She gave him a slight nod, and he stepped next to her. She turned back to the audience, her face dead serious. "But these are dangerous times. I don't think The One cares about the people of the City anymore. After all..." she hesitated, looking at Will once again. He could see the brief flash of fear in her eyes. She was actually terrified, but she quickly covered it up.

Joshua was watching the people on the makeshift podium closely. He saw the momentary look of fear in her eyes and instantly knew that whatever she was going to say was going to be bad. He braced himself for the revelation.

Seren was confused. What could be worse that what was already happening? She couldn't think of any, but she knew what was going to happen was definitely worse.

William looked at Jenna. He could tell she didn't want to say it. He gently moved her aside, and stepped up. His voice was quiet compared to Jenna's, as he wasn't used to speaking to large crowds. But the absolute silence of the area made it so everybody could hear him. "They're bombing the City."

Vesta, honestly, wasn't surprised. It was, she supposed, the obvious maneuver. She wasn't even saddened at Zoe's remark.

But she was angry.

" 'What about our families?' " She said loudly, "Our families will die, of course. Unless we do something about it. So I'm for fighting."
