No I havent replaced her. I dont really like replacing my girls right after they die...

But i might get a few chicks at my TSC near by. I might get a susex...like frenchie.

Also, for the cool chicken contest I will keep it running for when you get chicks so you can post pictures if you want. When do you think you will get chicks?

I feel the same way. After a chicken dies, it's sad to replace it. I love Sussex, they are so sweet!

I might get chicks the 3 week in June... so it is a ways from now. I also am getting some muscovies!!! I have my while back yard planned out... down to the fruit bushes I am going to plant this fall!!

I am growing a raspberry plant which has already begun to grow some little raspberrys on it even thought yesterday it was 55 degrees!

I know right! When's summer guna come? And Wow! 108 degrees! That's hot! It was less than 50 a few days ago and it felt so cold since it had been in the 70s and 80s here.
It's not getting much warmer here, I think our summer will be colder then our spring this year. :/

We actually are having a mild summer right now! Last year summer came really early. We had a Indian summer since it was hot and long. It got to be a couple hundred degrees in March. But the good thing is that the gardens will grow more plentiful. Have you planted anything else besides berries? @Hens rule
