What breed is he? I think I've seen the same breed of bird around and they're smart!

He's an American parakeet. Because 'Murica.

Just a bunch of seeds. Mostly wild bird seed.

Chamomile really calms parakeets down. Mika was energy filled, but when I gave him chamomile he completely calmed down all day, sleeping for an hour then eating, grooming, and sleeping again.

Yep. Maybe I'll give him cooled down chamomile tea, but I'm worried he'll bathe in it.
