I am in a rough patch myself... With my worst enemy... Maths........
I swear, if I make it through this I am gonna burn them books and dance on their ashes!!!!

Maths? The Gerbs is British/Australian? *Gasps*
I don't like it either. Infact, I wanna attach a bomb to it and watch it blow.

I just feel like everyone hates me, and that's really hard on me because I'm a shy and sometimes loner-ish person. I'm sick of being treated like an idiot and having others take advantage of me. I'm tired of everything, to the point I just can't learn or focus anymore. I usually get A's in English, and now they're down to D's because I'm so depressed and stressed.

I want to be homeschooled, but my parents say I couldn't because I wouldn't have friends anymore, which isn't completely true. I just want something new/better for myself so I can actually learn. Which is the point of school...

Glad I am not alone in the math hate. Not that it's very helpful.

Just like public/private schools, all homeschooling *classes/people/however you would like label it* is/are different. I am a bit anti-social mostly because we were moving so often and I'm a quiet, shy person who has little in common with the average girl.

I have gotten better,

although I still can't get along with them.

Don't care.
Homeschooling has all kinds of opportunities to find friends, we go to do all kinds of things.

I know the feeling of being treated like an idiot, and being taken advantage of. It sucks.
My cousin went through a period of that, he is in public school.

ray's two cents :

How do you do that!?! I have tried to love math!!!
I am decent at English, not awesomely good, but I can pull through with A's most of the time.

As. D: I'm lucky if I can get a B.

I suppose I'm better with stuff where the rules are set and all I have to do is substitute the numbers.
I suck at analysing and all that in-depth stuff.
lol.png

Analyzing.
tongue.gif

Everything to do with math.
tongue.gif

I have a phobia of numbers.

I'm the same way. I'm not average, I'm anti-social/shy, and can't find a lot in common with others at my school....

Yeah. I can't stand it when people decide you're instantly dumber than them and then think it's okay to take advantage of you for your 'dumbness'.
hmm.png
That sucks.

Yep!

Average is getting annoying, they have like three modes, OMG, flake and like, "I am like, so totally better than everyone!" Well, at least most do.

Blargh, I've had quite a few assume because I'm not running my mouth like a river, I must be dumb.

Ugh, yyeesss. I hate people like that...

Same.

Personally, I think those who won't shut up tend to be the true idiots.

I've never been able to understand or like math, yet I love English.

I'm right there with ya.

I suppose I'm different from everyone on BYC in more ways than one.

Numbers are awesome!!! Words are so much harder to understand. At least numbers don't change. Very often.

I just, however, ACED the english practise exam our teacher dumped on us. Everyone else stuck on part one and I'd finished all three essays!

I have to butt in here.
Sometimes I tend not to be able to shut up.
Other times I'm so quiet people look at me like I've just turned suicidal.

My best friends are the ones who I can have a blast with no matter what mood I'm in.
tongue.png

But there are so many jerks around these parts. I hear ya.

To cheer you up?

On a more serious note... Me to.

I just about fell asleep at my desk today. The stupid DP's decided I was not, indeed, sick enough to stay home.
