~The Council Of Youngers of BYC! (COY)~

Haven't been here in awhile. I just wanna say.. The guys that work at feedstores. If you're a girl and can relate, say "aye"! Some of them are too cute for words

Ah, well they drift through the sky, and get a bird's eye view of everything, and there's actually WIND up at that altitude (it's so hot and stuffy today. It's not helping my mood

I wish I could have a pilot's license. That would be cool, come to think of it...

Anime would be nice. But I'd be a pants-wearing girl. The skirts are too short for my liking.

who wants to be a cloud when theres FPV? FPV is the closest thing you can get to being a real pilot in a real plane without actually being one. plus the equipment is much cheaper in comparison

anime girls do wear jeans to ya know

I've never heard of that in my life. But it sounds like a blast.

Part of the course I'm signing up for next year lets us have a shot in some flight school's simulators... apparently the screen just goes black when you crash. LOL.

I'm going to be one of those.

Yeah, I get treated the same way, although I have never thought of myself as having a bomb strapped to my head...
tongue.png
Interesting....

In several of the activities I go to I get left out, unless I make a huge fuss, then I just feel weird and everyone stares at me like I have a second head.
hmm.png

I will join you in cloud-dom.

Yippee!!
wee.gif
We could join together and make one massive cloud!
old.gif

Yeah, I tend to come up with very weird visuals and analogies. Just excuse my nonsensical warbling, it was the first thing that came into my mind.
gig.gif

Fuss usually finds me, however hard I try to stay out of it. Like I said, the incident about almost getting kicked out in front of the entire choir... talk about awkward!

YES. IT WILL BE EPIC.... And pretty.
tongue.png

No, they are awesome! lol
gig.gif
And I guess it did kinda apply, I mean most people fear and avoid people with bombs strapped to their heads!

Yergh.
hmm.png

Yeesh, I can imagine!

Oh, and by the way, I was next to one of our choir's most amazing descant-singing machines during rehearsal. I think she alone could sing louder than most of us put together.

Seeing as I'm the only person in sporano who doesn't actually know any of the descant lines, I usually sing just the normal melody. No easy feat, next to her.

And then, when we collect enough moisture, we can rain
old.gif
(lol, you're getting me into this whole lol business.)

Except the dudes from Hawaii Five-O, but I guess it's their job to disarm the bomb and take it off, so they can start questioning about possible suspects.
lau.gif

They were quizzing me on the words for our songs, because they thought I didn't go to practise. I was terrified. I forgot all the words. I probably actually looked like I never went once.

FPV stands for First Person View. its when you attach a camera and transmitter to an RC airplane, Helicopter, or Car. You then have a seperate receiver, antenna, and some sort of viewing device like a laptop or those goggles with screens in them. Depending on the range of your planes receiver and FPV receiver, you can get awesome views of the clouds! there are tons of videos on youtube of people flying their planes above the clouds. it very amazing and beautiful! this one guy knitted a little body, and rigged out the cockpit of his RC glider. He put a little camera rotater dish attached to the camera and had a movement sensor on his hat, so he could look around. he put a little joystick in there that moved when he moved the joysticks on his radio transmitter. lastly, he put tiny working instruments in the cockpit. it was basically like he was actually flying the plane!

That's so awesome! I never knew that was possible! I guess that's almost as good as going up there yourself.

I hear on Emirates, there's a channel where you can look out the front of the plane because they attach a camera that faces forwards.

it is! but if you want to get over a mile or 2 of range, you have to buy expensive equipment, like roughly $400-600. but its totally worth it!
it be fun to get equipment for 5 mile range, and use one of them ducted RC jets that go 90MPH+

sounds cool

Cheaper than getting a pilot's license. Apparently that's around $15,000.
lau.gif

A mile or two?! Isn't that far enough?

I like fast planes. The faster the better. Try 500 knots.

Whatever happened to our "Fart 4 U" Unicorn powered environmental thingamajig?

Imagine. Your sitting there in class and they come flying through the windows and door, *Students screaming and running around.* *Some random dude yelling "Stay calm!" and waving a taser* *You being tackled to the ground*
*The teacher laughing hysterically*

Do you watch Hawaii Five-O??

I have been in the same exact position, accept I had practiced, I was just so shy back then. I used to blank if people I didn't know asked me a question.
