i'm just happy to get some tiny amount of respect![]()
What do you mean? On BYC?
Well don't get too offended. A lot of "misunderstandings" can happen on the internet, because all you can see are words. You hear no tone of voice, see no body language or facial expressions; which is mainly how we as humans interact. I understand where your coming from though.![]()
So do you have ducks? Your username suggests you might...but you never know!
Fierlin, I know somebody studying chemical engineering... You guys amaze me. I can't imagine being able to fit that kind of information in my head. Bravo! I shall sit here and be amazed, feeling pathetic and highschool-y.![]()
Because it is! There! All done! No questions asked! So far the coursework is pretty much a reiteration of what I've been doing at school for the past two years, so it's not particularly challenging as of yet.I start geology and one of the specific courses later though, so I'll have to find some space in my brain to put those.![]()

The lecturer is like the king of maths nerds, giggling to himself as he talked about sets and the properties of real numbers. It was adorable.![]()
You'll be done with school soon, right? What are you going to do afterwards? High school was hard enough, I certainly didn't have as much free time as I do now. So not pathetic, lol.
Assuming positive intent is a powerful thing. Even if the person in question did, in fact, have negative intent, assuming positive intent on their part does wonders for our own state of mind.

Because it is! There! All done! No questions asked!<----- How I rationalize numbers.
Eh, I've got my senior year left. (I think you call it year 12?) I'm at that spot where all you want is to get ouuuut and you still seem to have so far to go. But I'm at least still starting to feel like I'm moving forward, after taking the ACT. Made me feel all upperclassman-y and crud.
