I love talking on the radio full stop. Well, listening rather, seeing as I don't have any flight sims.

you should get the Microsoft Flight simulator X. i got it, and its awesome! did you know its possible to do a barrel roll in a 747?

heck ya! they go around 450MPH+! (thats about 390+ knots) they were one of the fastest prop planes in WWII!

its actually rather easy, you just got to use your rudder as the elevators for a second while you're twisting

That one's got a lot of engines. OoO Yeah, I think I've seen one of those in a movie before.

Well, it really depends on what sequencing looks like. Sometimes everyone cancels the 250kt <10k speed limit and goes flat out till final, other times they're all slowed down because things start backing up and they're flying the ILS approach.

Oh well, never mind.

I really like her songs. There's a recent one called "What doesn't kill you".

its very simple, you just move the joystick to the left or right (whichever you prefer) then push the left/right pedal at the same time until you're upside down. you don't lose so much altitude that way

it needs a lot of engines. them things carried thousands of pounds of bombs

this is what its like for me (WWII sims): gun the engine to get off the run way, get to a good altitude, reduce speed to an good cruising speed. (if on bombing/attack mission pull the speed controller thingy all the way back and dive at ground targets. (if on fighter mission once i get a visual on the enemy; i gun it until rather close, then i slow down and turn and do whatever is needed for the dogfight

Interesting! Do you know, I only found out like a year ago that you reduce the power to reduce your speed. I always used to think that was what the elevators did.
