Use Libby's canned pumpkin - not the pre-mix. That way you get 2 pies for the price of one. Keep the 2nd for youself. lol

will do. can't promise my pie will be pretty, it's not a talent i posses, but i am willing to try!
the chicken, on the other hand...that i can brown up nicely! i am thinking biscuits and homemade gravy too. (instead of the bread) maybe seasoned corn? not all kids love veggies the way mine do. (they'll fight you for the last piece of broccoli!) corn seems to go over well.

great, now i want pumpkin pie!

since i am not allowed to drive (medical reasons), this will be a few days, until hubby can run me to the store to procure the canned pumpkin.
