just then hazel sent another message, hazel get back to the nest right now or ill follow the message and dag you there my self, and whats this about a conversation? AND FEN IS A 13 YEAR OLD BOY! what will he think when he wakes up and both of us are gone?
 
June wondered if she'd ever see the others again. Even though she hated being around anyone - sonaper or human (especially because the latter tended to try and kill her) - that had been... dare she say, nice.
 
Hazel landed in the tree that her family lived in, just as Amber sent another message. Hazel replied, He has mom and dad. Still not telling Amber she was there. When she landed Moth flapped onto her shoulder and cheeped. Hazel patted her on the head and ripped a piece of meat off the squirrel and tossed it into the air. Moth ripped it up and devoured the meat. When she had finished she chirruped, begging for more. Catch some more food, Amber. Hazel sent another message.
Fen was sitting silently in the nest, watching Hazel and Moth.
