Melani sighed again. "Fine. The hunters killed my parents when I was younger, and when I left the cabin to fight the fire, the hunters came and killed all of my little siblings." She pulled out Mr. Cottontail. "Th-this was all that was left," She said with a shaky voice

 

[BESSIE THE QUAIL]

"i'm sorry," said ada, "i had sibling they were killed, one of them was 2 years old, i vowed i'd never let any other sonapers to die if i could help it" she said

Melani shook her head. "It's the way it is, I suppose."
