Harzon looked around for the hunters and almost switched back when he saw how many there were. our only hope is to stay hidden. We can't fight all of them.

Ash was in his cave when he heard the shouting and got the dust to lift him over the trees. He almost fell out of the sky when he saw all the hunters. there are millions of them. We can't fight all of them. unless we don't have to. We could talk to them- no. Remember what happened today. it won't work.
We could fight them if we worked together. But that'll never happen. he thought wryly, better to hide.

Melani struggled against the hunter. Finally, she touched the stream and turned into the water, leaving the hunter's hands dripping as the current carried Melani away.
