The curse— RP

“Ca-aw!” Dacaw flew down and landed beside her. How did you even get up there in the first place? You’re cooing nonsense. She scoffed. Her caws might have been encouraging if they weren’t so insulting.
‘ Coo.’ It’s, hard getting up there, that’s for sure. It’s a mix of parkour and crazed flapping.

‘ Coooo.’ I don’t know, I wasn’t that into pigeons when I was a human. I just know this breed can’t fly well because my neighbor had a bird like this.
The way she kept referring to herself in the 3rd person confused Dacaw. She walked in a circle, less strutting this time. “Caw.” You should be able to feel if your tail is hindering your wings when you flap.

Maybelle flapped her wings a bit, and she didn’t feel her tail feathers hindering anything. ‘ Coo.’ The tail isn’t a problem for the wings, the wings themselves feel weak.

Dacaw paced in a frustrated circle. She had been pacing in circles so much that she started to feel slightly dizzy. As she stopped, she looked around and realized that the streets were oddly empty. Where are all the humans?
Dacaw was distracted from her thoughts when her eyes again drifted to Maybelle’s tail. Maybe... “Caw!” She screeched, suddenly getting an idea. The extra weight of your tail is probably stopping you from flying! I know exactly what to do.
She stared at her pigeon companion with an excited expression. “Caw!” We should cut it off!

Maybelle glanced at her beautiful tail, shock in her eyes. ‘ Coo?’ My tail?!
