The curse— RP

Crow looked at her house, marveling at its house-ness. It looked nothing like a nest. Then again, no gifted or human dwelling he had seen in the past looked like a nest, so why should this one be any different?
(Wait, what time is it in the rp? Is it day or night? XD)
(Night. )
The door opened and a girl who looked around 10 stood there “hey Ani, who’s this?” Her judging gaze landed on Crow, “my friend. Move and let us in it’s cold outside” Anita snapped

Maybelle let out an angry coo, as she was freezing. She was also a bit angry at how Crow and Anita just seemed to forget she existed half the time. She was a person just like them, but she wasn’t right now. She let out a pigeon sigh, and puffed out her feathers to keep warm.
Crow stuck his hand into the air. It was like a wave, but he just held his hand still for an uncomfortable length of time. He grinned. “Hi.”
Crow heard Maybelle’s angry coo and stared at her curiously. What makes pigeons angry? He remembered the time he tried to pet a feral pigeon. Uh, hands, I guess. He recalled the bird having bitten his fingers like they were leftover French fries. Hands, not having enough seeds, when you go near their nest.. oh. I forgot to feed the pigeon.

Amy woke up in her bed, today she was going to join the hunters. She was super excited. She bounced out of bed and down the stairs and grabbed her breakfast on the way out the door. Then continued bouncing across the town until she reached the hunter's branch. "Hi! where's rose? I heard she's the leader?"
A hunter turned to Amy, a clipboard in his hand.
‘ Miss, we are going to need to ask you some questions before you see Rose. Have you enrolled to join the hunter group, and if so, can I see your application? We can’t let just anyone join, that would be ridiculous.’

Rose listened from behind a stone wall, close enough to feel the emotions of people on the other side, reading a book. She felt something different from this one, almost like she couldn’t access their feelings. Strange, I wonder why.

( I like how Rose has turned all evil and stuff, though I might make a redemption arc for her in the future.)

“Ooooh is he your boyfriend?! Oooooh ok come in come in!” The girl threw open the door, inside the smell of food that was currently being cooked. “Mum I’m home” Anita sang out sliding off her coat, she glanced at Crow “I uh brought a friend too”. Her mother walked out of the kitchen, the woman had long blonde locks of hair that hung midway down her back and her dark eyes were identical to her eldest daughter Anita’s. “Hello” she nodded her head at Crow “Ani can you set the table please. Will your friend be staying the night?”

Maybelle let out a pigeon laugh when the girl called Crow Anita’s boyfriend. They did act like it, and it seemed likely, though to the best of her knowledge they weren’t together. She mostly trying to stay quiet though, she didn’t want to be noticed.

“Your friend brought his pet?” Her mum looked at him with amusement, “yeah she isn’t actually a pigeon, she is trapped as one and we are trying to help her” Anita explained

Maybelle bobbed her head in agreement, trying to show she was a person. At least, she was a person. Then she was a shapeshifter. Now, she was stuck, in all this pigeon body’s glory.

(Time to make this awkward..)

For a second, Crow’s face became confused. He wasn’t sure what ‘boyfriend’ meant. Then, he seemed to come to a realization. It probably meant ‘a friend that is a boy’. And, well, he was certainly a boy. “Yes, I’m her boyfriend.” He said brightly. Hearing Maybelle’s bird laugh, he had the distinct feeling that he was being made fun of by a pigeon.
