My Cayugas billed my two dogs unmercifully, but I appreciated the assistance, as it helped reinforce the "poultry is not your personal chew toy" rule. Dooley got the idea and totally avoids the ducks and chickens, but Zorro (who killed 3 pullets shortly after I got my first chickens) just puts his head down, drops his tail and walks through groups of chickens and/or ducks without looking at any of them. As soon as he is through the mass, he perks up all happy again. "Whew! Survived the Gauntlet!"
