"Hey! hey you! psst, over here!" Terra whispered, summoning Daniel.
"What do you want?" he asked gruffly.
"Can you help me?" she asked. He grunted and leaped up on the table beside her cage. He balanced himself up on his hind legs and began messing with the latch with his front paws. The latch clicked loudly and the door swung open. "Oh, thank you!" Terra quickly left the cage.

Stew and Lerry were still bawling pitifully in their cage.

Terra rolled her eyes in irritation. "Idiots." she muttered. Out of pity, she unlatched their cage. They ran out and began hollering and running across the room. She scowled and looked for any other animals who needed help from their cages.
