Charmaine swore. she stopped. She was going to die. Her mind became a world of self-doubt. She was only used to others fighting to get better, not to kill her, there was a bug difference. She just hoped Nambian would help out.

Nambian looked back to where Elka had walked off then to where Charmaine was clutching her leg wound, then back to the Lio's. He reached down and pulled another knife from his boot and jumped quickly over to Corbin, striking his left arm and the back of his right leg. "Who's next?" He asked, jumping back out of reach.

He jumped right back into Drake who spun him around and backhanded him so hard it sent him tumbling to the ground against the rock with an ugly red welt on his face. He held his dagger at Nambian's throat, the tip piercing the skin and making a thin trail of red blood run down onto his shirt "Did you say something?" He hissed, pressing the dagger deeper​
