"Mahogany, please. PLEASE!" The helpless screams of her mother still echoed in Mahogany's sleeping head.

Elka and Charmaine were positioned in the sand, ready to attack.
"And…go!" Elka said. Char skidded to the side to avoid Elka's dive. One quick movement and Char was in the air, coming down on Elka. Char was holding Elka the way her supervisors had taught her.
"We have taught you well." Elka said proudly.
"You were going easy on me." Was all Char said.

Nyx, Corbin, Stella, Esther, Drake, Ryu and Ratri walked through the Dark Forest. As the only known Lio's in the area they were determined to claim their territory before the others decided to take it. Once they had reached the spot where they were camping they stopped "Keegan is late" Drake observed, his voice like a soft growl. "We cannot wait for him" Stella said "Lets start building so we can be done before Sundown" The rest nodded and split up into the forest.

Once they were finished their camp they set out to explore the land. Corbin and Esther left to the west towards the grasslands, passing close by the Wynk

Charmaine spotted the Lio dangerously close to Wynk territory. She grasped her knife and hid behind a rock, watching the strangers.

Esther stopped "Did you hear something?"

Corbin shook his head "No, it was probably one of those stupid Wynks or Binas"

Charmaine's face scrunched up and her grip on her knife tightened, but she remained quiet.

The pair continued walking, kicking stones across the dry ground "Theres like nobody here" Corbin complained, flipping his knife over in his hands

"Give it time" Esther reasoned "Lets see what that sound was"

"Ok" Corbin nodded, turning around back to the rock
