Fendrel didn't even notice, he dragged Dexter to the cave where Hailey had been held and rolled the boulder in front to trap him inside.

Stefan had put Paige in a coffin and everyone was huddled around for the funeral. He noticed someone was gone. "Where's Dexter?" he asked everyone.
