Julia was surprised that her mother, the queen, had come up to her room. "Oh, mother. I wasn't expecting to see you up here...." She said. "We need to talk." Her mother said in a stern but steady voice. "Down in the book study with your father." Uh oh, Julia thought, this can't be good. "of course." She said with a slight bow of her head. Her mother turned and walked out. Julia waited a few moments before following her down to the book study, her long crème dress flowing gracefully behind her.

Kyle noticed Arias unusual face expression. "What's wrong?" He asked folding his arms. Aria gulped and took a worried glance at her house nearby. "Uh...follow me I need to show you something." She led Kyle to her home and then her room. His eyes became locked onto the egg in shock and amazement. "Where did you find this!?" He asked excitingly. "Shhh!!! Someone might hear you." Aria scolded. "I found this outside next to a tree.. It just, appeared there I guess." She looked back at the glowing egg. "Do you know what kind of egg this is? It's...." Kyle made sure to keep his voice low, "It's a dragon egg. I use to study all about them when I was little." Aria's eyes widened in horror. "A....dragon egg!?" Her jaw dropped. What was she going to do with a dragon egg!?
 
Julia sat down in a reading chair across from both he parents. She idled her hands neatly in her lap and sat up straight. She waited for her parents to start talking. "Julia." Her father, the long, started. "It has reached my attention that you aren't at the castle very much lately... That you have been sneaking off and leaving the castle walls." Julia's breath caught. "Am I right." Julia didn't answer. "I take that as a yes." He sighed. Her mother was painfully still, not moving one muscle. "You know the rules, Julia. You cannot leave the palace walls without a knight or guard...." He said, slightly pausing.
