It's funny isn't it some kind of fear their going to open the egg and a duckling is going to pop out     Guess most don't see it that way if we give them chicken eggs.

Lmao... I do that myself, I was making my dh crack them open bc fear of a baby popping out. They are so much harder to crack open too, I think that makes it worse like the shell is guarding something inside. But I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that!

I think that's crazy. I finally had to stop selling them because we weren't getting enough to cover my needs. It also cooled off a bit and I'm baking like crazy and making lots of mini quiche to freeze for winter. An egg is an egg people.

It looks like an egg. It tastes like an egg. It is just in a more secure container.

People either love them or hate them. And they don't need to sample them to know. Lol

Yum. I make those too.

I'm going to make angel food and pound cake. It uses all of a dozen eggs if I make both.

No one has a problem eating already cooked food containing duck eggs. I rub that in. Lol

Secure container is right but try opening a goose egg, even harder than a duck. But hey if your going to have something that big sittin on ya you better have a secure container.

That's great you can sell your ducks eggs, I can't even get anyone to try duck eggs around here..
My first customer took every egg I had in the house - over 120! She was Vietnamese, and they never ate chicken eggs in her home country. I have 3 families that want as much as I can give them now.
