I have 2 Silvers that don't clear out their nares regularly too... I keep an eye on them and pick out the packed mud and give them separate bath times so they clear them out completely... some Calls just need a bit more maintenance help, lol...

Oh and his left cheek is kinda puffy too. Would that be because of his nose?
