The Duck Thread

Go here learn how to make a shoe very important you get the foot in proper alignment so it doesn't stay twisted. be sure to wrap tight but not enough to cut off circulation. Hopefully after a few days it will have straightened out. are you feeding Brewers yeast with their food? https://sites.google.com/a/poultrypedia.com/poultrypedia/
I dug the brewers yeast out of the pantry and added to their water and sprinkled a bit on their food, now to go find the medical tape. Thanks. I can't believe I forgot, I had been using drops for them but I ran out with my last hatch.

yeah but one thing I didn't realize is who big that gray duckling was going to get lol, there's a month difference from when we got these 2

not at first as the gray was in brooder with chicks and played momma to them, it didn't want to accept the new baby, until it realized that the new baby was only one that enjoyed going swimming with it. worked well as one of the pullets took care and defended the little guy until the gray and him became best of buds now. And they got a whole pond to themselves lol, was really good for helping break the bond of the gray duckling and the chicks too, no more stress to go swimming cause the chicks are all crying.

yep, thanks to reading threads here and a few questions they are getting pretty good at going for their swims we still have to take them over there but they come back to the coop with the chicks when they are ready now on their own. Though I am thinking maybe the garden area we just planted might not be in the best spot, right next to the pond lol.

I'm scared if my blue keeps going at rate she is she's gonna end up bigger than me lol here's one from 2 ago and one taken yesterday
