Mine are almost fully feathered, a few yellow patches coming through on their head and they are almost 8 weeks. I'm glad u guys mentioned this BC if in a few weeks their were feathers everywhere I would have freaked out not knowing what was happening! Lol

I noticed the slightest curl to a tail feather last night on Chibs, and still no quacking... but the freckles seem to be getting more and more.....

Geez, mine are 4 weeks old & not fully feathered yet. Then they'll likely molt at 9 weeks? Hardly seems fair.

If I hadn't seen all 4 of mine before I saw all those feathers, I would have sworn something got in the run with them and had a big ruckus! lol

a bit ruffled but don't really look different just feathers everywhere. I would get hand fulls of feathers if I picked them up or petted them.

Wow, I'm sure glad I learned about this in advance of it happening or I'm sure I would have completely freaked out!

It rained last night and my duck's laying box got a little wet I made some changes to the coop to protect a little better from the rain. WIll the rain damage the eggs? .......The storm was bad lots of lightning and thunder. She has four eggs and has been laying everyday since Sunday, except for last night. Could it be that she got spooked with the weather?

Please help any info is appreciated
