How precious Congrats!! What breed are they?

The first two are Swedish/KC and the last two are WH. I have one WH talking to me from the incubator

and 5 are quite

They'll be out when they're darn good and ready, lazy duckies...

I've only had to hobble some chicks not ducklings... the vites usually were all the 'lings needed then they found their 90mph stride...

Hope it finds its feet quick...

OMG I've realized ducks take way longer to get out of the shell. In addition to their 28+ days this is taking years from my life, lol.

Ah c'mon! Incubating is so much fun!
And no wonder ours look so much alike, mine are Swedish too.

Yah, well maybe the incubating part but the getting out of the shell is a killer

Yours are much prettier. I love their coloring.

Yup! Pretty blue eggs, sits on anything and best momma duck ever! Plus she can escape the baby pen when she wants a break!

ok, this was not easy. I couldn't get the itty bitty piece of vet wrap to stick so I went with the band-aid, a leopard one at that, lol. Now I feel sorry for the little guy.

Awww it looks great! And stylish Dont feel bad, its for his own good and wont take long. It can come off in a day or two. Precious baby.

I keep finding him with his legs straight out behind him. I prop him back up and he takes a few steps and then the same thing.

Try rolling up a hand towel and making a donut for it to sit in... heard that helps sometimes...

Well the little guy wouldn't be still long enough to sit. The hobbles ended coming off

He seemed to be doing better either from the time it was on or from the vitamins. I'm going to watch him really close.

If he's doing well, then don't sweat it... glad something helped!

Help.. #5 isn't doing well. Had to help him out. Yolk completely absorbed but very weak and belly bleeding.
