I doubt he is going to have much interest in water or feed until tomorrow you could try dribbling a drop a along his bill opening but that stuff takes nasty. Do you have poultry Nutri drench? it has a better taste. Did you clean up his belly? doing that will go along way in killing any bacteria he may have picked up. Veterycin is another good one to have on hand for times like this. Or even a nice warm saline rinse just to clean it up a bit.From reading posts from Lactystol and casportpony infection is what you have to worry about with these types of hatches. .Ok, I put him on a clean towel. How soon can I start giving him some poly-vi-sol?
