That being said, if you had read the posted link, you would see that it says they can do nothing to interfere with conception. So if they are (obviously) able to conceive, they have no need to adopt. Their beliefs prevent them from interfering in having children of their own. I'm sure if it were the case that they were physically unable to have children, they would have adopted instead.
