I adopted an Andalusian who wad terrified of people, now she is one of my sweetest chickens. My young easter Eggers act the same, but with time they are starting yo understand. She will warm up

Of course, all it takes is patience, kindness, and a the will to go at their pace and not yours. With that you will have your chicken following you everywhere (Cashew - Andalusian - will follow me everywhere now).

Don't give up! Some are just harder eggs to crack

I have been waiting for one of theese!!

So I have a fun story of one of my Easter eggers, she was a pullet and her name was Ella-May, and she crowed! it was so bad sounding , but she didn’t do it often , and she when she tried crowing, she only did it after my rooster crowed. She also loved being held . May she Rest In Peace my sweet baby ❤

This thread is for easter eggers. It is kinda like a club. You don't have to have easter eggers to be part of this club, you just have to like them. Maybe this is already a thread, I'm not sure. Please post pics of your EEs if you have them! I have a lot of EEs, They are only 8 weeks old. I am giving some of them to my relatives today. In the end, I will only end up with one EE. I will get pics later. It doesn't matter what color or size they just have to lay blue/green/pink eggs!

I have one EE. Her name is Cleopatra (Cleo for short) because looked like she had winged eye makeup. Here is a pic of her now at 5 wks old

This is my 3rd attempt at getting an EE pullet... ordered from a hatchery as a day old chick. All the chicks were to be pullets. Any guesses hatched june 26
