How many days old is he? It might be too late to tell, but if the wing feathers are the same length then it would be a roo. If one is taller and the next one is shorter its a pullet.

I just did it. he is 1 week old today. his first feathers are even. the middle ones are longer

I thought you could other feather sex chicks thathad been breed for that- offspring from fast feathering males or slow feathering females. Like leghorns and various other breeds

mine? I have 3 with interesting colors the other ones are regular looking EEs. i'll be uploading the progress of those 3 EEs here

the grey/blue looking one in the front is one of the 3. i have a feeling this is a girl, she reminds me of scarlet johansen don't know why

This is Peeper my EE, who may or may not be a boy. He has second biggest cheeks and one of the few who let me rub his chin.



I really hope he is a girl though. so I can keep it. He only has his wing tips but his tail feathers are coming in and that gives me hope.
