The EE braggers thread!!!

CLB was my guess based on the body shape and tail. Must have been a barred ancestor in his father since it is so prevalent in him. One of my June EE chicks started chipmunk, changed to barred and the barring slowly changed to lacing, starting at the neck and working back. It will be interesting to see if his offspring, or what percentage of them, have the typical EE muffs, beard and green legs. I don't know much of anything about chicken genetics to even guess. Given his parentage I would think his female offspring will be blue egg layers.

So I gotta say ee's are my favorite breed. This is my "roo that slipped through". His name is Cb, short for California boy. He was in a batch that was supposed to be 99% for sure females. He's so cool, im glad he slipped by.

And this is Red. He is from an ee hen in with some copper marans. Normally he has feathers to his toes but they got muddy so he plucked them out. Roosters are such "pretty boys". Lol

This is Sven. Ole's son.

He is going to be my one of my two Roosters, I plan to use this year with my EE's.
I am hoping Ole has his mothers personality. Ole was not a mean bird just a serial rapist that was banished. I like the tail on Sven.
It is so unkempt.
