The EE braggers thread!!!

What a gorgeous group of pullets ! Did you breed them yourself ?

Thanks SteveH! The whitish w/ dark beard pullet is from my own stock. The others I ordered from Mt. Healthy.

They are all pretty, but I especially like the white one w/ the black muff/beard, who says bearded ladies aren't pretty. And whats up w/ the last one's hair do, is it always like that or is she just puffed up for the pic? It is cool looking!

It looks like she is wearing a crown in the last pic, but it was just a windy day and the wind blew her feathers up.

I am already getting so excited for spring to start some new EEs and bantams.... sooo excited. going to have to make notes of all the people i need to contact to get chicks... hopefully not eggs till i have that process down pat. those ladies are so pretty Ky

OOOOO it did!!!! These are my Easter Eggers (there's one Gold Star there too). I got a new camera! Chickens do not like to sit still for pictures I found out.

I think I copied the thumbnail. I'm still figuring it out. I've been waiting to get a new camera so I could post pictures, and now I'm having trouble finding a current thread. Glad to see someone still checks this one out. It's getting huge. Here's another picture. Trying a different link. Not as easy as I had thought. I'm probably not doing it right.

This is my Rooster, Rueben and some of the girls. They are not laying yet. I'm hoping for eggs any day. They are 21 weeks, but I've heard Easter Eggers take a little longer. Their combs are getting red, so I'm getting anxious.

My favorite is the white and black one in the back left. She doesn't like me very well, though, runs away when I want to get a picture. She's very puffy all over and had the cutest "eyeliner" when she was younger. She's in the back of this picture too. The tan and white one is my second favorite. She poses better. She's my avitar. I'm wondering if she is what they call Salmon color. I wish someone would make a color guide on here.
