The EE braggers thread!!!

I took a break from a full spring of hatching AMs and decided to hatch a batch of EEs just for fun. I forgot how exciting it is just to see how many different colors pop up, and what high hatch rates they have. My EEs always hatch at 90% plus
Sweet little puffballs. Nice mix. It will be interesting to see the final versions.

Sunday I installed three additional nesting boxes in Coop Med (Where the Hen Party Never EndsTM) and 14' of additional roosting space for the Bigs to share. Then I moved my 6 Tweens (EE pullets, 6 weeks old) and the Peeps (61 assorted 4-week olds) out of the brooder tenement and into what is now the grow-out coop. I am LOVING the development of the little EEs.

The older/larger Bully Pullets,on the highest roosting bar.

I'd have more pics but they are racing around like fluffy little lunatics in their new space.

Sounds like a productive day

I hatched chicks again this week, many are blue egg laying EE's.

Here is a picture of them, There are EE's, CLB's, SS's, BA's and a couple toads in the mix. I only sold 9 so I have 31 left for me, unless I get lucky and sell some.

These guys are so cute, So many beautiful EE's I assume they will be roosters.

That's a lot of adorable chicks. I foresee problems in my future as I want an EE of each color.
