well,

it was man vs rooster today (man being me, so female vs. rooster) again !!! This is with my young rooster MattiRoo.
flew up at me twice, got a swift kick to the side of the head, then I tried to chase him away, he flew up at me a third time, tried to find a stick, couldn't. He was flying up at me with his talons up, freaky beast he is. what a jerk.
then found a stick and chased him a bit, he tried again to fly at me, so he got a swift whack to the head (twice) I think a little salt and pepper would go nicely with him. So, he will be going away shortly...... might even feed him to the eagles, apparently they are starving here. Wonder if a rooster would help..........grrrrr.
My other rooster Marbles, he's such a good boy. Thank goodness, as he as the best of genes.

on a lighter note. I just ordered an incubator, yay.

I ordered an incubator on Friday. I am using my moms right now but already have plans to fill them both up. I am selling chicks like hotcakes. LOL

On another note. OMG, what is up with all the fighting about EE vs Ameraucana????? Makes me want to pull my hair out and scream.

Oh, and my stupid pea brained Rooster jumped the fence and got in with the dogs. I am now minus one rooster. Dogs-1 --- Rooster-0

I do not consider it fighting. It is really is just discussions and many folks do take this very seriously. I also have asked dumb questions that must be answered many many times so I eventually I was embarrassed and spent the energy on reading the posts before I asked the questions. Also what is the big deal about posting a link to those who repeatedly ask the same question and let them read the information. I just think that too many folks take stuff to seriously and many folks are lazy.

Shame on me for expressing my sad beliefs.
