Are you sure those are pullets? Those are some BIG combs for pullets not laying.

This is a pic of some of my girls all laying and combs look nothing like that.

There are 3 EE the white blur is an OE and the center is a splash Rock. All laying and no huge combs and def not that red. May be the breeds that made them but makes me think not pullets. The red on the wings is another clue. Someone who is an expert needs to jump in here.

Of our 4 originals, these 3 don't crow or anything... & the one in the nesting box is very "girly" I guess you could say. Now their brother aka Foghorn Leghorn has been crowing for almost 2 months or so now& has mounted them (at least 2 of them) on several occasions. I honestly have no clue but I am praying...

Here is Foghorn's comb

Thank you! I've been assuming pullets all this time cause of no crowing...

I don't want or need anymore roo's... lol...

Some roos don't crow if another roo is around or just take longer to start. Some stop I had one stop when he was around another roo. Now I can't shut them up .... lol

They look pretty rooish to me too - the huge combs and the splashes on the shoulder. How old are they now?

Chobee, I thought they were boys too. When I first saw the pics before I saw any comments I thought Well it's going to be a looooooooooooooong wait for THOSE chickens to lay any eggs.
