Many different shade of green, 1 olive green, from the 7 I have already. The 6 coming today she said lay blue and green, but of course I haven't seen those yet. I had 1 who laid a pink hue sometimes, but mostly looked brown, so I sold her as an egg layer. Nobody wants to buy EE eggs that are brown. Lol

nice, I hope we get a variety of colors, still waiting on first EE egg. Ours are almost 22 weeks and the only one laying in our flock of 23 hens is a Barred Rock, who has been laying for a week. Gave us 5 eggs in her first weeks, so not bad.

Oh I'd say any day on the EE's!! And wow! Ur barred rock is a CHAMP!! Lol
I got my 6 new EE pullets yesterday. I had seen pics, but those are always difficult to tell anything from. I had been told they had just started laying. But 5 of the 6 are VERY small! The roo looks big and nice, & 1 pullet looks about right, but te other 5.... So I messaged and asked if they are possibly bantam. No response! I was too sick to go get them, so a lady I know was nice enough to buy and bring them to me. I HAD to buy them then! Lol But, something is way off!

I am looking to add 3-4 EE to my flock. I'm in northern nj by the pa border. Does anyone know anyone selling pullets? Absolutely NO roosters wanted i only want hens as i cant have roosters here. My 3 roosters are going to a new home next weekend .

I am loving the look of your hen. Does she just have her feathers ruffled up or does she have silkie in her or something? Beautiful girl.

She's pretty ruffled in her broody mode, trying to look big to keep the others away. She has been such a SWEET broody!!
