What else do u have from ideal?
Thankyou. The EE Roo is the only EE that I got from them. The LF blue cochin pictured is also from ideal. She has a splash sister as well. I also got 2 cuckoo marans (feathered legs), two BO, and two welsummers-- all pullets. My only loss from the order was the wellie Roo. I should also mention that they were nice enough to include 9 packing peanut white leghorn cockerels. I thought.. sure, I can take these extra roosters. Maybe they will be EE and I can choose what one I want to keep. Nope. Leghorns. Great for someone else, maybe, but not for me. They became more of a hassle. Ate me out of house and home and cause chaos in the flock. If I had it to do over again, I would have insured my order and skipped the packing peanuts. With an exception of the wellie hens, there are distinct differences between each bird in the pairs. Big size difference in the BO, coloring difference in the cuckoo marans, size and feather quality difference in the cochins. Being hatchery chickens, I had no expectations. These are simply observations which, for me, are helpful and actually welcomed--- I can tell them all apart now! These are a few younger pics from the end of summer. They are all laying now. The welsummers lay darker eggs than the cuckoo marans, but the marans egg color is more like a solid perfect coat and very smooth. Regardless, I am happy with my order.![]()

I have 22 ( I think) due to hatch on NYD. That is 22 Easfer Eggers. I have a total of 108 eggs incubating right now. Getting excited to see them babies.![]()
Wow that's a bunch, I love my EE's. I think I got a surprise EE out of my Christmas hatch. None of the colored EE eggs were fertile, but I do have a EE that lays brown eggs. One chick looks like it's got little muffs started ~ I so hope so.
