The EE braggers thread!!!

Meyers Hatchery. I got a great color variety, and no twisted feet, or beaks or any kind of deformity or injury. 3 did die, 2 during shipping and one just after, but everyone else has been healthy and energetic.

Thanks I think they are beautiful too, but thought I might be slightly prejudice!

This is my EE "Serene" at ~20 weeks old. The picture is before her comb cherried up red to lay her egg!

And I got my first egg from her yesterday! She is now 24 weeks old. It is a pretty, dark olive green (one on the right side). Brown egg (top) is my Lite Brahma, white egg (left) is my Polish.

I took some more shots of the girls today, it was soooooo pretty out today I couldn't help myself. If I get a chance later I'll post them, but I think I am really close to the alotted 5mb, what happens when you reach the limit, does anyone know? Does it delete old ones, and if it does, does it delete the ones you have on your BYC page?

Serene is the brown chick in the front. The butterscotch chick in the back ended up a beautiful rooster with white hackles and saddles feathers, green tail, and chocolate front (found a good home for him).

I was surprised to get so much white out of such a dark chick. She is so sweet!
