She followed, beginning to get the knack for it again. At one point she stumbled, but caught herself just in time. When Lichenstep caught up to where Dewfang was waiting, she looked down at the flowers, which were colorful specks on a canvas of green.

"It is," she agreed, feeling breathless as she looked over the landscape. Lichenstep felt a pang of homesickness. Will our new home be just as beautiful? Oh good grief, can't you even go one flight without thinking about that? Just enjoy it while it lasts! Lichenstep scanned the scenery in awe.

"No, I don't think I have... Everything feels so small. You can see so far, and it makes you realize how small you are. If the world is all that big, then who says there isn't one place out there where we can live? This can't be the only place fit for inhabitance! Of course we'll find a place." It wasn't the first time she had said it, but it was the first time she'd said it with complete confidence.

"Well, we did grow up together, and I am your mate." He mewed, twitching his whiskers with amusement "To answer your other question, the other reason was because I knew it would help you relax."
