The great and brave Yanna steps cautiously onto the undiscovered ground. With each step she feels the pride she should, as the make-shift roo of her 'group'. Cautious Peep is a step behind her, making soft tuk, tuks with each step. All of the sudden a twig snaps behind them. Yanna hops a half circle around and faces the intruder. The large neighborhood cat-monster hisses and bats her paw at Yanna. Peep flies into the air and alerts all of the other chickens, then lands up high in a bush. Fearless Yanna, who prefers not to fly anyway, leaped at the cat-monster, who spat. Yanna and the cat-monster claw and tear at each other, hissing and clucking. Yanna scratches the cat-monster's nose with her razor-sharp, ivory-white claw. The cat-monster mee-rowr's are runs away. Yet ANOTHER victory for fearless Yanna and her companion, brave Peep.

Psht, she WISHES. Here's what really happened.

Yanna looks around cautiously before stepping onto the driveway. The long, white "spaghetti" worms are there! Wait, we can pause for a lunch break before the action, Yanna thinks, slurping up the plain spaghetti-worms. Peep is still sitting by the coop. Peep has frightened-chick-for-life disorder. It means she cannot do anything or go anywhere without Yanna going there and coming back for her three times. After all, three is a magical number, Peep thinks. Yanna goes back for Peep three whole times, THREE trips of flapping her wings and running, until Peep comes. And even THEN, Peep is very slow. Peep is like a turtle! Yanna thinks. As they step onto the driveway, Mamachick comes out of the garage with treats. Babychick2 runs out and scoops Peep up. Mamachick grabs Yanna gently, and pets her. Yanna does not care about food. She puts up with fussing twice, because three is not magical for this, and then she tears. Yanna digs her 1.5 inch white claws into Mamachick's arm, and takes off. When Mamachick comes to put Yanna away, she is not happy. Mamachick is bleeding. Babychick2 brings Peep over. He puts Peep down outside the coop door. Peep automaticly sits. Peep has automatic-sitting-syndrome, so she auto, maticlu sits her fuzzybutt down whenever she is set down. She eventually gets nudged into the coop. Yanna clucks, and then goes to sit on the roost. Peep does not sit on the roost. Peep has cannot-fly-under-ceilings disorder. She cannot fly if she is under a roof. So Peep watches Yanna sit on the roost, and then they go to bed in the fluffy corner. Yanna even forgets to say goodnight she is so tired, and Peep has been asleep for 3 minutes. Peep needs to work on that.
