Tell him to drink plenty of water. It flushes the fats, and toxins out. Drink 1/2 cup of skimmed milk (don't know why it has to be skimmed milk, but it does) every day. This helps tighten the skin, so it's not so loose. About now, he's lost most of the less solid fat, so he's not going to see as much weight loss at a time. The weeks he's not losing much, are the weeks his body is tightening up to catch up with the weight loss. Don't forget, it's not just skin that fat stretches, and pushes. Organs inside the body get enlarged, moved, shifted, and repositioned to accommodate the fat. Don't overdo it. Steady wins the race.
