The Evolution of Atlas: A Breeding (and Chat) Thread

It's usually very tolerable, but not totally gone. The ginger tea helps most of the time, and I rarely have to do pain medication anymore, but there are those rare times, and nothing short of serious pain medication will give relief. That's funny. I have always described it like bad electrical shocks, like a constant cattle prod, or grabbing an electric fence, and not letting go. Everyone else describes it like pins, and needles.
Definitely electric fence, I wish it on no one. In my experiences pins and needles is a pinched nerve, but I can't judge others and their pain. I may have to try ginger tea, though I'm not a fan of that spice except in a good ginger snap. I suppose that's not a good swap out?

I didn't like it too much when I first started drinking the tea. I learned not to make the tea too strong. A tiny pinch of cinnamon helps with the taste. Don't forget the honey to sweeten it. I truly don't know if homemade ginger snaps would work.

One of my favorite commercial teas:

You could add extra ginger and some honey like I do. And I found a brand at Big Lots, Aloha Brand, comes in category blends like Beauty and Protect. Protect has ginger and about five other herbs, very good stuff. Only $1 for 15 of those triangular mesh bags with very "chunky" herbs in it.

Dummy me bought fresh ginger, grated it, and stored it in a plastic container. Every day I would then take a pinch of it, put it in water, microwave it, and pour it through a tea strainer into a mug. A pinch of cinnamon, a squirt of honey, and drink. Yeah, I WOULD find the hard way to do it, right?
