The Evolution of Atlas: A Breeding (and Chat) Thread

Youth, and being boneheaded go hand-in-hand. Glad your pink finger got better. Yes, sometimes we have to work through the pain, while other times, it's best to be still, and let things heal. The key is knowing when to do which.

No, it was not. I was on my front porch most all day, was pouring concrete at that exact time. No one came down the driveway. This is why mail-in ballots are a very bad idea. If you can stand in line at Walmart and protest in the streets, you can stand in line to vote. They've lost money for 13 years for a reason.

The post office warns not to send cash through the mail, because it's not safe. If money isn't safe, my vote isn't either.
No kidding. My father sent me money one year, cash. Never arrived. Wow, wonder who spent that? Some P.O. employee, I'm sure.

When my grandmother would peel tomatoes to can them, she would make a sink full of hot water, then put some in the hot water. A couple minutes later, remove one, poke the skin with the tip of a knife, make a tear where you poked it, and slide the skin off. Move on to the next one. The hot water makes it so the whole skin just slides off real easy. It's fast to do it like that.

That's the way I peel mine, too.
BTW, You were right @speckledhen. Pepper started squatting, Salt just joined in.
