I've got to get fit for a job, so am trying to following a pretty strict routine. Yesterday should have been my 'full' session, but I was feeling rather under the weather from some bug I caught, so didn't end up doing it. So I'll be doing that this evening.
It is a deck of cards work out;
Push ups, Hearts
Plank Diamonds, reps card x3s
Inch worm, Clubs, reps half card.
Body weight squat, Spades
Burpee Joker, reps 30
