When you get active today to see what your Garmin says your heart rate is at that time.Mine too, but it doesn't give me active minutes when I'm active.
You can get apps for it (what I do) or you can use an actual set of cards. Basically, every exercise gets a card (e.g. spades) and then you do the number that is on the card. So if you pull a 8 of spades, and you are doing squats for spades, you would do 8 squats. Then you do the next card.How do the cards work?

You keep going though a whole deck of cards. If that makes sense? It took me a while to fully work it out.
The joker is something hard (nasty!), like 30 Burpees.

The one I use is just called Card Workout, it was pretty much the first one I found, so I don't know if its the best or not.
I just use the free version, paid would be better but I can't be bothered. You can enter any session you like into it, and then it just goes though it for you.
